You can also use “SkypeOut” to make calls to regular phones and cell-phones for practically nothing! Internationally no one’s got cheaper rates. My wife and I use it to call Germany all the time (from Los Angeles). You can also dump your regular phone and use Skype to get in-bound calls too! That feature is called “SkypeIn” and it’s pretty cheap too. You can also get local phone numbers in many different places so your friends (or whoever) can make local calls to reach you where ever you are! Check it out!
